Neo Chair Warranty

All of our chairs are covered by limited warranty.

Begin by checking with our customer support team whether your purchase is eligible for replacement or repair. Simply provide the following information to support@neochair.com:

  • Order number / platform purchased
  • Name of the buyer
  • Shipping address
  • Description of the issue and a few photos of the item. If a close-up image is needed to clearly show the area of concern, please send multiple images.

Exceptions

During the applicable warranty period, we will provide replacements for manufacturing defects and damages that result from poor workmanship. All parts replaced under warranty will be considered as part of the original product and any warranty on those parts will expire with the original product warranty. In some cases, a few details and conditions of the replacement part could be different due to the improved quality of the product. Our team is doing the best to get the replacement parts from the manufacturer. Please note that replacement parts may be delayed as a result of factors such as: high volume of sales, extreme weather conditions, and COVID-19.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY 

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from NEOCHAIR(including other online platforms) can be returned to NEOCHAIR. NEOCHAIR products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
  • Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged in the original packaging, with all the components, accessories, and documentation that were included when you received it. Returned items must be free of physical damage.
  • NEOCHAIR will refund you the amount spent on the returned items, including sales tax. Unless there has been an error that is NEOCHAIR’s responsibility, the original shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • NEOCHAIR Store Gift Cards are ineligible for return.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  • E-mail us at support@neochair.com with your order number and request a return label.
  • Completely disassemble the item and pack all components (including accessories) with the original package. 
  • Attach the return label provided to you.
  • Drop off the package at any UPS store.
  • Confirm with us if you have gone through all the processes.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected the product, your order will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note:

  • If your purchase was part of a bundle or other promotion, your refund amount will be calculated proportionally.
  • Unless your return is the result of a NEOCHAIR handling error, we will not refund the original shipping fees.

For purchases made with a credit card, refunds will be issued to your credit card account. Please contact your credit card issuer with any questions regarding when the credit will be posted to your account.
