How difficult is it to assemble the chair?

I would like to say if you are familiar with assembling, it will take less than 35 min on average.

Does this have warranty?

For Marvel gaming chairs we are offering free replacement for damaged or defective parts within 1 year/ 30-day free refund or replacement.

Does the chair come with the stool?

Stool does not come with the chair. You need to purchase the stool separately.
Please note that if you buy gaming chair and stool together, you can get a bundle discount!

Is it possible to change the wheels?

Yes, you can replace the wheels. Please note that the wheels are universal standard.

What is the max weight for this gaming chair?

Our Marvel gaming chairs' max weight ranges from 330 - 400 lbs depends on the model.

Is there a brake or lock to keep it from rolling?

Unfortunately the wheels do not come with locks

Can you pay for someone to assemble it for you?

I'm sorry but installation service not available at the moment. Our instructions can help you with your assembly.

Is there a brake or lock to keep the wheels from rolling?

Unfortunately the wheels do not come with locks.

How do I attach the wheels? They won't attach to the base.

Use a work glove or old towel for better grip on the caster wheel. Use your force to slide the wheels 45 degrees.

I need a replacement wheel. Where can I get this?

Can the chair be assembled without the arms?

I am very sorry to inform you that this product cannot be assembled without armrests.

How long is it from the floor to the seat?

Our office chairs' height ranges from 18 - 24 inches depends on the model.
